Hello Beautiful People!
I was the makeup artist for an engagement shoot for Stephanie and Daniel that took place in Canyon Country, CA. Stephanie came to my beauty studio in Calabasas, CA and was a total sweetheart. I really enjoyed doing her hair and makeup and the time I spent with her.
I’d like to say that I love being the makeup artist for engagement shoots. Not only do engagement photos always turn out amazing, but it is always great to work with clients that have that special sparkle in their eye because they are so madly in love that they have decided that they have found the person that they want to spend the rest of their life with. After wedding photos, it is tough to find a better opportunity to capture such wonderful moments of love and passion.
I love all of these pictures- they turned out fantastic. Both Stephanie and Daniel have beautiful smiles and they both look so happy in all of them. With that being said, my favorite photos are the one above and the photo below (the closeup) where Stephanie and Daniel are wearing red. Selfishly I like the first two photos because they best show off Stephanie’s hair and makeup. She looked beautiful! I also really like the save the date photo- those are always so much fun and creative (I love how her blue heels match the color of the date cutout!).
The photographer (who is a good friend of mine and I love to work with) Brittany Berggren did a fantastic job on them. I want to thank both Brittany and Stephanie for making me a part of this special day. I wish you the best of luck in planning your wedding.
